THE RESTAURANT
OUR STORY.
The restaurant “I Tre Merli” was born in November 1944 as a pizzeria, the first in Florence, with the name of “Zi ‘Rosa”. Located next to the Teatro Verdi, it has welcomed many celebrities, including Sophia Loren, who, at the end of the shows, went to the restaurant. The first change of management takes place on 1 January 2001; the restaurant is therefore called “I Tre Merli”, the restaurant has been added while keeping intact the care and the passion of the tradition that has led us to be a culinary destination worthy of Florence.
